What is the minimum order on stock substrates?
No minimum on most stock items. Custom converting and custom extrusion have MOQs that vary by material — contact us for specifics.
Do you ship same-day?
Yes, on stock items ordered before our cutoff. Five distribution warehouses across the U.S. mean fast freight to most of the country.
Do you provide Certificates of Conformance?
Every shipment is backed by a CofC. Material traceability from extruder to dock.
Can you match a substrate I'm already using?
Almost always. Send us a sample, the spec sheet, or the part number you're currently buying. We'll cross-match to a stock equivalent or extrude to spec.
What's the difference between PETG and APET?
PETG is glycol-modified for forming and printing performance; APET is unmodified amorphous PET, often the lower-cost option for clear packaging applications.
Do you offer cut-to-size?
Yes. Slitting, sheeting, and cut-to-size on the full substrate line.
Can you extrude custom gauges or formulations?
Yes. Custom extrusion through our qualified partner network.
