K&R Plastics, Inc.

Custom Extrusion

When stock material won’t hit your spec, K&R has the partner network to extrude it. Custom gauges, custom widths, custom formulations, custom finishes — qualified, sampled, and delivered through K&R’s distribution and converting infrastructure.

You spec it. We extrude it. We stock it. We ship it.

When to use custom extrusion

  • Stock gauges don't hit your tolerance
  • You need a sheet size or roll width nobody stocks
  • Your application requires a finish, treatment, or formulation outside the catalog
  • Volume justifies dedicated production
  • You want supply security with a domestic distribution partner managing the inventory
