- For roll-fed banners and posters, 8–10 mil flexible PVC film hangs flat and feeds cleanly through most wide-format printers. Thinner 4 mil suits laminating overlays and window clings, while 15–20 mil is used where the print needs extra body or abrasion resistance. Tell us the application and we'll match the gauge.
- Can printable PVC film run on latex and UV printers?
- Yes. Print-grade PVC film runs clean on latex, eco-solvent, solvent, and digital UV, and it screen-prints well too. Some films are surface-treated or print-prepared to improve ink anchorage on specific presses — give us your printer and ink set and we'll qualify the right grade.
- Can you slit PVC film to a custom roll width?
- Yes — we slit film to width in house, so you can order rolls that match your printer and your job instead of trimming wide stock. We also sheet film to flat cut sizes when you'd rather run sheets than rolls.
